However I can do it to make my money working smarter for me.
Having extra money I purchase Investment property. If we look at the history of property, even the morgage rates were variable, it has doubled in value every 7-10 years. Is also well known, with inflation, capital growth and rental go up, but the loan stays the same amount. So I pay my normal payments on home mortgage and hold the Investment Property until it has doubled in value and then I sell it and I pay my home off! Acting in this way with Investment Property is called I leverage myself.
Just imagine, if investments are worth of $300,000 and the capital growth in a regular investments is 5% there is $15,000 profit, if the money invested in properties investment with an average growth of 15% in a period of 6-7 years I can double my initially invested money and easily pay any huge morgage the mortgage calculator shows it. The reason why this is like this so nice is because when dealing in big numbers the profit is also big.
I have also explored the option if I have a tenant paying for almost half of the loan and saving on the tax 15-20% of the loan and together is a big help towards realizing my day to day earnings. I started off with property and it was comfortable with debt and owning an Investment Property, then I so to be good to owe a second one and a morgage and so on. Today I’m sure deciding Property Investment was good for me was the most right and grate decisions I ever made.
From all these I have learned thinking about doing it was right, but do not thing for to long like people I know. The only time to move ahead in life is, when is decided to do it, and that's it. Then look ahead about 6 years or so, and that will be best live case! If investing in Rale Estate look ahead of possible moove of mortage rates.
